Renewable energy sources are environmentally friendly; they do not produce CO² and other greenhouse gases, allowing you to minimize your carbon footprint without harming the environment. In addition, there are many economic and political reasons to use renewable energy sources: solar, wind, biomass, and geothermal energy are completely free and therefore available to everyone. This is why the so-called ‘green’ energy industry is actively developing today.
Last but not least, unlike fossil and nuclear energy sources, renewable energy sources are ‘conditionally infinite’ and available according to human needs. Utilizing their waste is more economically feasible with the right approach and certain capital investments. For these reasons, green energy is the ideal future raw material for a sustainable energy supply.
Germany is currently the leading country in producing electricity from renewable sources. We, in turn, represent some companies from Germany in the Russian market, such as manufacturers of equipment for the production of electricity and biogas from renewable/alternative sources.
The main renewable energy sources (RES):
Biomass is stored solar energy from erected crops, wood, or residual materials from animal husbandry in organic waste or liquid manure. Bioenergy is a versatile renewable energy source: electricity, heat, and fuel can be obtained from solid, liquid, and gaseous biomass.
Geothermal energy is thermal energy that lies beneath the earth’s solid surface. Geothermal energy is used to produce electricity, heat, and cold. A distinction is made between near-surface utilization of geothermal energy or ambient heat and deep geothermal energy.
Ebb and flow and waves – this type of electricity is generated by the rotation of the generator that produces it. In other words, hydrodynamic energy, which includes pressure differences and temperature differences of sea waves, is used to generate it. Research in this area is actively continuing, but experts have already made impressive conclusions that the European coast alone can annually generate more than 280 TWh of energy, which is half of the energy consumption of Germany.
Our company, together with our partners from Germany, will help your business transition to renewable energy sources, and you will fully appreciate all the advantages of ‘green’ energy.
